Stroller Fit – Moms Edition

Stroller Fit – Moms Edition

In Partnership with the Whitecourt & Area Family Support Program. Get fit, build strength, and boost your energy in a fun, supportive environment exclusively for women. Exercises are designed and modified for pre- and postnatal workouts, so moms can safely stay active before and after baby. In addition, this class will include open discussions and resources with an accredited Triple P facilitator on parenting, self-care, and child development. Strollers are required, making it easy to include your little one in every workout.

Have fun, stay active, and connect with other parents and caregivers! Bring your stroller and little ones for a workout that blends cardio, strength, and community. All exercises are adaptable for different fitness levels, making it easy to stay active while including your littles. Come move, laugh, and connect!

Weight Training for TEENS

Weight Training for TEENS

All youth aged 13-15 years are required to take this standard course to use the Pembina Fitness Centre weighted equipment. Youth participate in a 5.5 hour in-class and practical session learning about weight training, specific exercises/techniques, gym etiquette and introduction to nutrition.
