Family Support Program

Diversion Services for families with youth aged 7-18 years of age in the Whitecourt and surrouding area. Family Support can vary but usually includes providing strategies, recommendations, and information to help the youth and their family.
Universal Programming and Parent Education for families with children and youth 0-18 years of age, with a focus on early childhood development. There is a variety of free drop-in and registered programs offered.

Fear-Less Triple P is a program for parents experiencing difficulties managing the anxiety of their child aged 6-14 years. Fear-Less aims to increase the capacity of parents to use positive parenting strategies to help children overcome anxiety.

Have fun, get fit, and bond with your baby! Build strength, improve cardio, and get to know other moms and soon-to-be moms. All exercises are designed and modified specifically for pregnant and postnatal women. (Classes will be outdoors weather dependant) Stroller required. Min.8/Max.12
