A Certified Personal Trainer will work with you one on one to create a personalised program based on your goals, history and needs.
Personal Training packages are available to all new clients as well as current membership holders who would like to start an exercise training program or make changes to an existing program. There are various pricing options for personal training based on the number of sessions booked.
With Partner Training, the cost is shared, making it much more affordable. Working out with your buddy can push you to keep you going and get better. Having someone help you stay accountable can be a powerful tool on your way to reaching your goals.
A Certified Personal Trainer will collaborate with a small group of 3-4 individuals to design a personalized fitness plan, nutrition plan tailored to your goals, history and needs.

Whether you are brand new to fitness or looking to get back into a fitness routine, the ‘Get in Gear Pack’ is a great place to begin! This option is ideal for those individuals who want a tailored program for getting active and customized nutrition program to help develop new healthy habits.
You will receive a personalized 4-week exercise program and personalized nutrition plan following a 2-hour session that includes goal-setting, an assessment, program design and equipment orientation with a Personal Trainer, and concludes with a 30-minute reassessment on Day 30.

The Youth Starter Pack is for youth aged 13-17 and is all about ensuring your body is in peak condition so you can perform to your full potential.
Youth will receive a personalized 4-week exercise program and personalized nutrition plan following a 2-hour session that includes goal-setting, an assessment, program design and equipment orientation with a Personal Trainer, and concludes with a 30-minute reassessment on Day 30.
Note: Weight Training for TEENS is a prerequisite for 13-15 year olds.
